Teal Nebula, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") makes DailyDucky. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. We've tried to write it the way we'd actually explain it to a friend — if anything's unclear, email us at [email protected].
Account information. Creating an account is optional. If you make one, we collect your email (or the identifier from whichever sign-in method you choose) so your duck collection and screen time goal sync across devices. Skip the account and everything stays local to your device.
Your goal and duck collection. Your daily screen time goal, streak, earned packs, and duck collection — stored locally always, and synced to our servers if you're signed in.
Screen time data. On Android, DailyDucky reads your device's usage stats (via the system's usage-access permission, which you grant explicitly in Settings) to measure time spent in other apps against your goal. This number stays on your device and syncs with your account the same way your duck collection does — we don't sell or share it. On iOS, screen time is currently self-reported by you, not automatically tracked.
Purchase information. If you buy the one-time premium unlock, our payment processor (RevenueCat, backed by the App Store or Google Play) handles the transaction. We receive confirmation that you're entitled to premium features — never your card details.
Anonymous usage analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying data about which features get used, to help us fix what's broken and build what people actually want.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your screen time or duck collection for advertising. DailyDucky has no ads.

Every vendor is contractually limited to processing data only as we instruct.
You can use DailyDucky entirely without an account — nothing leaves your device. If you do create an account, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. On Android, you can revoke the usage-access permission at any time in system Settings; DailyDucky will simply stop reading your device's usage stats.
DailyDucky is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
